Deliver AI systems under your brand, built by a team that writes the acceptance criteria first
White-label or named, either way in writing. We take the scoped build; you keep the client.
Where it usually gets stuck
The agency wins the brief, then the AI part turns out to be more than a chat widget: documents to index, a phone line to answer, a lead flow to automate. Hiring for it takes months; the client wants a date.
Overflow contractors deliver a demo, not a system. Nothing is written down about what done means, so the last twenty percent never ends, and it ends on your invoice.
What an agency needs from a delivery partner is plain: a scope with acceptance criteria, a price for that scope, a handover your own developers can read, and terms on brand, confidentiality and ownership settled before the first line of code.
The three lines agencies most often hand over
Each line states what you need, what we provide and what you receive. The images are finished work, not concepts.
-
grounded-chat: two sentences cited, the third, a planted fabrication, flagged unsupported 01
Agents and knowledge systems
RAG agents: customer service, after-sales and internal knowledge Q&A
- You need
- A question-answering agent on your client's material, answers cited, unsupported sentences flagged, private deployment possible, delivered under your brand.
- We provide
- Customer-service, after-sales and internal knowledge agents, deployable on the web, in messaging tools and on the phone. The evaluation dataset ships with the build, so you have numbers when you present to your client.
- You receive
- An agent running on the client's material, an evaluation dataset, handover documentation carrying your brand.

Digital product engineering
Front-end design and full-stack development
- You need
- A website or internal tool that carries the client's brand, is findable by search engines and AI answers, and can be changed by the client's own team after handover.
- We provide
- Front-end design and full-stack development: architecture, interface, languages, SEO and performance all written into the acceptance criteria, built from zero to launch. The site you are reading was built this way.
- You receive
- The live site, technical documentation and acceptance scripts, ready for independent iteration.
-
Voice agent console: sample call, live transcript, intent detection, ticket write-back 03
Voice and digital humans
AI voice calls and AI digital-human livestreaming
- You need
- Your client's calls answered by the system first, routine questions handled immediately, a person brought in by rules written down in advance, with a record kept.
- We provide
- AI answering and outbound calling: answers drawn from the client's material, handover boundaries defined in advance, full call records, and the agent introduces itself as AI at the start.
- You receive
- A live voice agent with call records.
How it starts
Map the workflow
We look at how the work runs today and where the time and money go. Facts only, no proposal yet.
Pick one testable case
One scoped case, with the success criteria and the acceptance method agreed in writing before anyone builds.
First working version in two to four weeks
A version that runs, not a prototype demo. If it misses the criteria fixed in step two, we keep working until it meets them, within the same scope.
Hand it over so you can change it
You get the docs and the acceptance scripts, plus how to change it later. If you stop working with us, it keeps running.
Questions we get asked
- Do you work white-label?Yes. Deliverables can carry your brand and go to your client as your work, or we can be named. Which one it is goes into the contract.
- Who owns the code and the IP?Project-specific code, documentation and designs are assigned to you, or to the end client the contract names, once the project is paid. General-purpose components we built before the project stay ours and are licensed to you for use within the deliverable, without a time limit. The contract has the exact wording.
- How do you handle confidentiality and case studies? We sign an NDA. We do not contact your client directly unless you ask us to. Whether a project appears as a case on this site depends on your written consent; without it, it does not.
- How is pricing done?Per scoped case, not per hour. A number comes after the process has been mapped and the case scoped. There is no price list.
- How do we start?Send the brief as it stands, by email, WhatsApp or the form on the site. We come back on whether we can take it, how, and how long it takes. Hours are 09:00 to 22:00 Melbourne time (AEST).
